We are looking for an warehouse Operative to be based at our Tilbrook site (MK7 8BN). This a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of 31,164.21 ( depending on experience) and the working scheduled is predominantly is with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday 8:00 till 17:00 then one in five weeks 06:00 till 14:00.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:


Rework orders to customer specifications when required. Goods out loading. Inbound duties include offloading vehicles and checking stock, ensuring all stock is booked in and put away correctly. Carry out all tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE and attend all relevant safety briefings. Ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedure, reporting all defects correctly.



Key Skills:




Literate and numerate Previous warehouse experience is an advantage. MHE-experience is an advantage. Awareness of manual handling techniques is an advantage Ability to work as part of a team. Self-motivated and Flexible Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
