multi-skilled Warehouse Operative

to join our team. This vital role blends precision sampling, expert fabric cutting, and FLT operations to help deliver excellence to our customers.


This can be a very physical and varied role - you'll need to be capable of repeatedly lifting heavy (20kg +) and cumbersome rolls of fabric.

Mon-Thu: 08:00-17:00 | Fri: 08:00-14:00

Key Responsibilities

Accurately measure, cut, and prepare fabric rolls to meet daily orders. Label and prepare luxury fabric samples for customer dispatch. Operate FLT (counterbalance and/or reach truck) for stock movement. Assist with order picking, packing, and dispatch. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace. Collaborate across warehousing, print, and samples teams. Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in warehouse, textiles, distribution, or stock control. Fabric cutting or textile handling experience (training provided). Valid (or refresher due) FLT licence (reach and/or counterbalance). Strong attention to detail and numeracy. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player. Eager to learn and grow within the role.
