We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organise incoming stock deliveries with attention to accuracy and safety standards Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in accordance with company procedures Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems Assist in stock rotation and ensure storage areas are clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if necessary) Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves or display areas Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, discrepancies, or issues via phone or face-to-face interactions Uphold professional phone etiquette when liaising with suppliers or customers Engage in upselling opportunities where appropriate to maximise sales potential during customer interactions Manage time efficiently to meet daily operational targets while maintaining high standards of organisation

Experience

Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for all duties Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in English and Spanish, are highly valued to enhance communication within diverse teams Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette Basic maths skills for inventory counts and order processing Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Experience in merchandising or upselling is a plus but not mandatory
