Warehouse Operatives

to join our team in

Grange Park, Northampton (NN4 5EL)

This will be a

3-month fixed term contract

starting in November tohelp during our peak period.

We have the following shifts available: -

4on4off /

06:00-18:00 or 10:00-22:00 (40.15 hours average per week)

Fri-

Mon /

06:00-16:00, 08:00 -18:00, 10:00-20:00 (40 hours per week)

PART TIME /

Fri-Sat, Sat-Sun, Sun-Mon - 06:00-16:00, 08:00-18:00 and 10:00-20:00 (20 hours per week)

As a Warehouse Operative you will receive:

What you will do on a typical day:

Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions, such as picking packing, inbound, outbound and stock control Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis Adhere to GXO health and safety policies

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided A safety-focused, detail-oriented and conscientious approach to your work
