Duties

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operator to join our Coventry team.



Reporting to a Shift Manager, the successful candidate will safely receipt and dispatch material using our state-of-the-art warehouse technology solution.



Working with our experienced team, there is ample opportunity to learn and develop in an interesting industry with a company that will match your ambition. This is a hybrid role, involving both administration and warehouse tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Work safely and promote a 'Serious about safety' approach in all aspects of the role To ensure that the correct goods are received, stored and dispatched to a high standard Full utilisation of inventory management systems and warehouse iPad apps Working with live loads Adequately maintain all Manual Handling and work equipment Be compliant to all policies, procedures and legislative requirements To load and unload outgoing and incoming vehicles safely and accurately Cooperate on all matters concerned with health, safety, training, legislation, and the environment

What We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will be energetic, have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work without supervision when required in a time critical environment. It is essential that the successful candidate holds an FLT license for Counterbalance and also ideally Reach and Bendi FLT Licenses. The successful candidate will have an ambition to develop and progress within the company.
