Trademaster are currently recruiting for a experienced warehouse operatives that have worked in picker packer roles previously. Working for a elite garden distribution company based in Pollington.

Shift Pattern is Monday to Friday Days
Monday to Thursday 7.30am till 4.00pm & Friday 7.30am till 1.30pm
Overtime is available with 6am starts & Saturday overtime also
13.71p/h for first 40 hours / 20.56 after 40 hours - Paid Friday Weekly
Please note the location is remote in Pollington & not on any public transport so must be able to drive.
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipping. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to handle materials safely, and a commitment to maintaining a well-organised workspace. Working with picking sheets & hand held scanners on all orders
Responsibilities
Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards. Perform picking and packing duties, ensuring that items are correctly selected from stock. Handle materials safely, including loading and unloading goods from lorries. Maintain an organised work area, keeping packing supplies and materials in order. Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as required, ensuring timely dispatch of goods. Conduct heavy lifting as necessary, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Familiarity with picking and packing processes is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for handling equipment effectively. Experience with materials handling and operating forklifts is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift. Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures will be considered an asset.
