We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Product Support Specialist to support our dynamic product team. In this role, you will be involved in packing and shipping online orders, managing our presence on platforms like Amazon and eBay, and ensuring our warehouse supplies and packing materials are well-stocked. You'll play a key role in launching new products, including photography, promotion via PPC, and executing marketing strategies to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack and ship online orders efficiently and accurately Manage product listings and facilitate sales on Amazon, eBay, and other online platforms Order and maintain warehouse supplies and packing materials Assist in product photography and listing optimization Promote products via PPC campaigns and other marketing initiatives Drive to drop-off parcels and coordinate local logistics as needed Support the launch of new products from development to promotion Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies proactively

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon and eBay Experience with product photography and online marketing is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to drive and own local dispatch and logistics Passion for fast-paced, growing environments Reliable, proactive, and a team player
