About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and packing products ready for shipping, preparing and applying labels, and ensuring stock is stored correctly. You'll play a key part in keeping our warehouse operations smooth, accurate, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack products accurately for customer orders and shipments. Prepare and apply product and shipping labels. Put finished goods away into stock after QC or Final Quality Assurance (FQA). Maintain stock locations, ensuring products are organised and easy to access. Support the warehouse team with general duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock control role (preferred but not essential). Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and able to handle manual work. Basic IT/computer skills for labeling and stock systems.
