The Role
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team.
We are advertising for a picker- packer on our late shift (
11.00hrs
-
19.30hrs
), plus any additional hours in line with business needs. Due to the nature of the the business and us offering a next day service this role is effectively a job and finish shift. This will be discussed further during the interview.
In this hands on role, you'll play a key part in our production supply chain, picking and packing components and finished products to support smooth operations and meet customer demand.
As a member of the warehouse team you will be working alongside people whose job it is to help ensure customers' orders are picked, packed and loaded both efficiently and accurately, to a standard that you would expect yourself when receiving a delivery.

Main Responsibilities;
Ensuring orders are picked accurately in a timely manner.
Ensure orders are packaged appropriately to help ensure they arrive at their destination in pristine condition.
Replenishment of stock picking bins.
Loading of company vehicles with finished parcels.
Booking in of deliveries
Ad-hoc requests by the warehouse manager.
Operate within a clean as you go policy ensuring areas are kept tidy at all times.
Manoeuvring fleet vehicles as required.
What we are looking for;
Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
Picking and packing skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Physically fit and able to lift/ move goods as required.
Comfortable working to deadlines and daily targets.
Reliable, punctual and a positive team player.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems.
