Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload is required for a well-established distribution centre based in Coventry, West Midlands.
NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
If you have previous experience within a Pick / Pack Distribution role, then great. If not, the company will provide full training, including Fork Lift Truck / FLT training.
SALARY: 324,762 - 325,262 per annum
LOCATION: Coventry, West Midlands
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 39 hours per week - Monday to Thursday, 9.30am 6pm & Friday, 9.30am 4.45pm
KEY REQUIREMENT: Candidates MUST hold a full driving licence with a maximum of 3 points
JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer with good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload.
Working as the Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer you will be training to work as part of a busy warehouse team, locating and preparing goods for delivery, to meet customer order requirements.
As the Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer you will be involved in all aspects of the prepping of deliveries including collecting, picking lists and loading / unloading the vehicles.
DUTIES
Your duties as a Warehouse Operative will include:

• Receive and store goods

• Picking and packing orders

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Warehouse housekeeping

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience operating forklift trucks is preferable, although training can be provided for the right candidate

• Work well within a team and also use own initiative

• Positive attitude

• Valid driving licence essential no more than 3 points
