Job Description

We are currently looking for a permanent Warehouse Operative / relief driver.

This position is predominantly a warehouse role, however you will be required to act as a relief driver covering sickness, holidays etc or as required, therefore a driving license is required.

Your main responsibilities for both roles are:

Loading and unloading of tyres from vehicles Moving tyre stock around the warehouse as and when required. Picking customer orders ready for despatch. Multi-drop delivery and collection of tyres to customer sites when required
We are looking for the following Personal attributes:

A valid full UK driving license (no more than 6 points) Have a good level of driving experience - ideally with a 3.5T van, but not essential.*
Understand the importance of and be enthusiastic about delivering excellent Service to our customers. You will be motivated to get the job done and have the ability to work well under pressure. Being a strong team player you will join our team of dedicated staff to deliver high standards throughout this role.
In return we are delighted to offer:

Starting at 12.35ph, performance depending this will be reviewed during and / or after the first 6 months of employment. 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, Saturday mornings (4 hours) covered on a rota basis, paid as overtime at premium rate. 28 days annual leave including Bank holidays, increasing to 36 days with service.
