Volumetric Modular is a growing manufacturer of high-quality modular bathroom pods, supplying the UK construction industry. Based in Shrewsbury, we are committed to innovation, reliability, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

We are now looking to recruit a

Warehouse Operative

to join our warehouse and logistics team. This is a hands-on, varied role within a busy environment supporting both inbound and outbound goods, and the internal movement of materials to feed production.

Working hours: 40 hours 7:30 am - 3:45 pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Receive, check and store deliveries (Goods In) Prepare and load orders for dispatch (Goods Out) Move and issue materials to production as required Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and safe Operate forklifts and other handling equipment (training provided if needed) Support with cycle counts and stock takes Follow company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety rules

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred) Good attention to detail and reliable timekeeping Physically fit and capable of manual handling Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential
