The Role:

At Kinetico, we need great people. That's why we're looking for a reliable, organised, and customer-focused Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the right products reach the right people at the right time - supporting our engineers, office teams, and most importantly, our customers.

You'll be working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, from booking in deliveries and managing stock to preparing goods for dispatch and keeping our warehouse safe and efficient. Every box you move and every item you check plays a part in delivering the exceptional service Kinetico is known for.

Skills and Experience

Experience working in a warehouse, stores, logistics, or stock control role

Understanding of goods-in/goods-out and basic shipping procedures

Confident using stock control systems and maintaining accurate inventory records

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

Comfortable with regular manual handling and being on your feet

Able to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed

Comfortable using IT tools, including Microsoft Office, scanners and digital inventory platforms

Clear and confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude

Requirements:

Forklift Truck Licence (desirable)

Manual Handling and/or Health & Safety training (desirable)

Good trouble shooting skills

Willingness to learn new skills

Ability to take ownership

Can do attitude
