We're now looking for dedicated and efficient Warehouse Operatives to join our high-performing team.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You'll help us maintain our reputation as one of the UK's leading eCommerce fulfilment providers by delivering accurate, efficient, and high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities,
Full training will be provided, but your duties will include:
Receiving and processing stock: unloading deliveries, checking accuracy, and storing items correctly
Picking and packing orders: selecting items, packing securely, and preparing for dispatch
Inventory management: tracking stock levels, conducting counts, and updating records
Shipping: labelling packages, arranging courier collections, and ensuring timely dispatch
Operating equipment: using pallet jacks and other machinery safely
Maintaining cleanliness: keeping the warehouse tidy and following safety protocols
Quality control: checking for damage or defects and ensuring order accuracy
Data entry: updating inventory movements and order statuses in our systems
What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. The following experience and attributes will help you succeed:
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, picking, or packing processes
Physically fit and able to lift items consistently throughout the day
Comfortable using PCs or scanners
Willingness to meet hourly performance targets
Positive attitude and enthusiasm
Ability to work well in a team and support collective goals
Reliability and punctuality
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Adaptability to changing demands and priorities
Safety-first mindset and adherence to protocols
