To operate as part of a multi skilled highly flexible team and Carry out the distribution centre functions to fulfil customer orders both in the United Kingdom and throughout the world to strict deadlines and to the highest possible standards whilst working within health and safety guidelines.

This role will involve being part of a warehouse team that oversees the daily returns process, along with the ability to undertake quality control on these returns. Ensuring that tech items are processed to comply with GDPR regulations would be desirable.
Responsibilities
Verifying and maintaining records on all incoming shipments.
Maintaining inventory of all incoming/outgoing stock
Create, implement and operate a booking in system for Goods Inwards and Goods Outwards.
Receive "Goods inwards" deliveries, checking signing, recording and routing appropriate paperwork, unloading of vehicles in a safe and tidy manner.
Managing receipts of all incoming goods into the warehouse.
Communicate delivery issues with Admin team.
Ability to process daily returns, identifying quality control issues and communicate with Team Leader and Supervisor.
Ensure that daily goals are met.
Communicate with internal departments regarding deliveries and any discrepancies.
Multi skilled with ability to work on different departments within warehouse environment.
Move stock from location to location, using the bar code scanning system, as and when required ensuring accuracy of numbers, best before dates and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
General house-keeping duties ensuring areas are clean and tidy and free of debris.
Report picking, stock and barcode issues to the Stock Control Team.
Work as part of the team assisting others where necessary.
Any other reasonable duties as directed by a Supervisor or Manager.
Skill Profile
Experienced in warehousing, storage, picking and packing
Excellent problem solving
Good oral and accurate written skills
Current Fork Lift Truck license would be beneficial
Computer literate in Microsoft Office packages including Business Central
Good housekeeping and well organised.
Be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, busy environment
Strong attention to detail

Ability to use initiative to proactively spot and resolve potential problems
Available to work additional hours as required during busier periods.
