Warehousing Operative - Agricultural Machinery

Allscott, TF6 5ED

0800 to 1700 Monday to Friday with weekend overtime

Three month fixed term contract

Essential Criteria

Understanding and interest of Agricultural or Turf Equipment Basic IT competency Previous experience in a simmilar role

With this in mind we would like to offer a warehousing position within our parts department to help support our customers at their most business-critical time of year.

Responsible for receiving, delivery and sale of parts and accessories. In addition to this the applicant will provide in-store customer service whilst assisting with overall organisational, promotional, and stocking responsibilities.

Supply service technicians with parts as required.

Assist in promoting and selling parts and/or services that meet customer needs.

Support the process of confirming the receipt of incoming shipments and help to locate stock order / machine down orders in the appropriate locations.

Follow up on back orders, shortages and accelerates issues by reporting to depot parts manager.

Implements sales and marketing plans and shares ideas for future campaigns.

Helps to keep parts inventory clean, orderly and well organised.

Assist with controlling stock inventory, invoicing and other administrative tasks.
