Warehouse Operative Role - Logistic Operations & Teamwork

Support the smooth running of our warehouse by accurately receiving, unloading, sorting, and storing incoming deliveries. Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch, following safety guidelines and customer requirements precisely. Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve warehouse targets, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every step. Handle all products and equipment with care, carrying out regular checks to maintain stock quality and safe storage. Use warehouse technology and manual handling equipment confidently after full training. Contribute to a clean, tidy, and well-organised warehouse environment, upholding housekeeping and health & safety standards. Support with regular stock checks and help resolve discrepancies to achieve the best possible accuracy for our customers and stores.

Warehouse & Distribution Experience - What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or goods-in/goods-out role is useful, but not essential - we provide full training and support. Good communication skills - able to follow instructions, ask questions when unsure, and work confidently in a team. Caring and attentive to details - takes pride in completing tasks correctly and looking out for the safety of yourself and others. Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving a variety of products safely as part of a team (manual handling training provided). Flexible and adaptable; willing to support where needed to ensure all targets and deadlines are met. Basic IT skills or willingness to learn to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
