Senior Warehouse Operative

to join our team at the

Virgin Media

site in

Glenrothes

. This is a dynamic role that blends warehouse duties, customer interaction, and driving responsibilities.
This opportunity is offered on a

full time, permanent contract

whereyou will be working on

Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Picking, packing, and supporting Virgin Media technicians and ensuring

Health & Safety

standards are always followed Ensuring all customers are served politely, promptly, and with accurate stock levels Using

Warehouse Management Systems

(WMS) and other computer-based tools Managing and prioritising a busy workload, reporting any issues to the operational management team Performing van driving duties as part of daily responsibilities operations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Excellent

customer service skills

- friendly, professional, and solution-focused Solid understanding of

warehouse operations

Comfortable using computers - ideally with WMS experience Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules A

Category B driving licence

is essentian
