Warehouse Operative (Kitchensafe) - Wellingborough

Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression is a leading provider of kitchen fire suppression systems. We specialize in the design, installation, and maintenance of systems for various establishments including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and fast-food outlets.

Basic Salary of 26,000

About the Role:

As a Kitchensafe warehouse operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and assisting with the preparation and dispatch of our Kitchensafe products.

Key Responsibilities;

Complete daily checklists when entering and exiting the business, ensuring copies are filed in the workshop Receive, verify, and store deliveries, including those for MFS (as required) Accurately pick and prepare van stock for engineers, including installation pick lists and ten-year test stock Assemble Kitchensafe units to the highest standard Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Process returned items, including 3-gallon tanks, nitrogen cylinders, and Kitchensafe cylinders Safely unload deliveries using a forklift Investigate and resolve stock anomalies Prepare and load IBC silage and waste collections Carry out waste collections and deliveries/collections to remote stores as required Manage and order Kitchensafe stock, ensuring sufficient levels are maintained (minimum 100 black boxes, cylinders, and vertical systems) Assist with regular stocktakes across main stores and returned stock from engineers (as required) Record and update stock movements accurately within Protean Provide general support with ad hoc tasks and maintenance around the building when required

Previous experience in a warehouse operative role is desirable Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in handling stock Excellent organisational and time management skills Collaborative team player with strong communication abilities Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
