Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker / delivery driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organization within the warehouse. Perform various warehouse tasks including stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading goods from lorries. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance. Apply mechanical knowledge to assist with minor repairs or maintenance of warehouse equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Mixing paint colours from 0.25lt to 5ltrs. Delivering goods to customers

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse & delivering is preferred (but not essential). Familiarity with computer invoicing is desirable but not essential). Strong skills in materials handling, including heavy lifting (up to 25 kg). Experience in picking & packing, as well as shipping & receiving processes. . Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
