Warehouse Operative/driver
Job Description
We are searching for a Warehouse Worker/ Driver with a strong work ethic, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly. Your duties will include picking and packing orders in a warehouse environment, following detailed instructions. As part of our team, you will be expected to maintain a level of physical fitness, and you must have the ability to lift boxes of various sizes weighing up to 100 lbs.
Responsibilities:
Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Operate equipment such as Fork lift Trucks, Sprinter vans
Prepare merchandise for storage or shipping.
Remove damaged goods from warehouse and clean shelves, racks, or other surfaces.
Take inventory of stored or shipped goods.
Load and unload trucks, vans.
Speak to customers in a polite and well mannered way
Drive a small van safely with multiple drops throughout the North West
Work as part of a team and individually
Be able to recognise the stock and allocate the correct stock to the correct customer
have a full clean driving license
Preferably a fork lift truck license.
