Role Overview:

We're looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operative/Driver to join our team. This hybrid role combines warehouse duties with driving responsibilities, including acting as a backup 3.5t Luton van driver during holidays, sick days, or busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort and process incoming stock Manage inventory flow in and out of the warehouse Operate a counterbalance forklift (training provided) Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Prepare and label outgoing stock for shipment Drive to customer sites to collect redundant IT equipment Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently Represent Tech Recycle professionally during customer interactions

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence held for at least 8 years Proven experience driving a van in a professional capacity Comfortable driving a 3.5t Luton van, including in London Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects Presentable and articulate with strong communication skills Confident using a smartphone or tablet for electronic paperwork Willing to work Monday to Thursday with Fridays and weekends off
