Warehouse Operative with forklift skills
to support the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse in Camberley.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will support the wider logistics operation through timely goods-in, stock management, and dispatch processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Receiving, checking, and storing goods accurately.
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
Loading and unloading vehicles using forklifts and other handling equipment.
Labelling, bar-coding, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Following health & safety procedures, including safe manual handling.
Supporting integration with customs and transport operations.
Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and compliant at all times.

About You
Essential requirements:
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Valid forklift truck licence (counterbalance or reach).
Confident in safe operation of forklifts and other handling equipment.
Understanding of warehouse safety practices and manual handling.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a practical, hands-on approach.
Flexible, reliable, and customer-focused.
Desirable:
Experience with bonded warehousing or customs-related stock handling.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
