The Role

As a

Warehouse Operative

, you'll play a key role in the movement, storage, and preparation of materials and finished goods across our busy production site. Working within our warehouse team, you'll ensure products are handled safely, stored correctly, and dispatched efficiently to meet customer requirements.

You'll be part of a fast-paced, safety-focused environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts and pallet wrapping equipment Wrap pallets efficiently and securely, ensuring all goods are stored correctly in racking Use scan guns to identify and pick pallets for dispatch Load and unload haulage trucks in line with site safety standards Maintain stock traceability and ensure all specifications and quality standards are met Follow all company Health & Safety rules and site procedures Assist with warehouse inventory management and stock counts Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe at all times

What We're Looking For

Reliable and punctual with a positive, proactive attitude Able to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Own transport required (due to rural location and shift pattern) Flexible to cover additional overtime as needed

Qualifications and Experience

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (1.5T to 5.0T)

required Reach Truck or Flexi Truck licence desirable Previous warehouse experience an advantage (training provided)
