Job Description

General warehouse operative required. Previous experience essential and also a current FLT license. This is a physical job that will not be a specific FLT driver. Good IT skills and previous experience to ERP systems are an advantage.

The ideal candidate will be flexible in the hours they work and have a 'can do' attitude.

Ensure receipts are handled correctly and that the required information is accurately captured on the booking in system and both manual and computerized records are accurate, maintained and followed with any anomalies reported immediately. Using book the ERP system, filling out of intake sheets and printing labels.

That all picking requests are met and transferred to the relevant area to meet production needs, or if this is not possible, shortfalls are reported to the relevant department in a timely manner.

That all customer orders are picked and fulfilled and that any shortages are reported to the relevant department in a timely manner.

That all customer outloads are marshalled and dispatched in accordance with the schedule.

Perform inventory checks and stock takes as requested.

Manage storage of ambient, chilled and frozen ingredients as appropriate adhering to food safety standards.

Stack outgoing goods as PO suggests, wrap the pallets with pallet labels in accordance with high standards and accuracy

Ensure the Department is working in accordance to the site's high expectations of H&S at all times.

Ensuring all product is Despatched in accordance with high standards and accuracy,

Booking out to 3rd party cold store whilst ensuring all paperwork has traceability records.

Experience:

Forklift Truck Drivers: 1 year (preferred)
