Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and self- motivated warehouse operative to join our established team in High Wycombe, Cressex Business Park. This is an interactive, hands-on role and full training will be provided where required. You must be diligent and able to communicate effectively, record data where applicable and be flexible in your approach to the role.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role within a warehouse environment and be flexible on duties and hours to assist the business.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 18:00 flexible to suit the business.

It is essential that when applying for this role you can demonstrate previous experience, specifically relating to the use of reach and pivot steer forklift trucks, manual pallets trucks, and up to 3.5T van driving.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and offloading vehicles Goods-in receipt, inspection and barcode scanning Maintain data records where appropriate using warehouse management software Lifting and carrying products and cartons up to 23kg Managing and replenishing picking locations Putting stock away and cycle counting Picking and packing orders Stock rotation Van collections and deliveries Light assembly work Adhere to warehouse procedures and processes Manage equipment where appropriate and coordinate cleaning and maintenance Adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines for the use of equipment Maintain a clean and organised working environment Identify and address warehouse and facilities related issues proactively Assist the Operations and Facilities teams where necessary

Essential Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be IT literate and proficient with MS Office Forklift truck licence and previous experience with reach and pivot steer Previous experience with manual pallet trucks Full valid clean driver's license
