About the Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join our warehouse team in Plymouth. If you have previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on role--this could be a perfect fit.

What you'll do:

Operate a counterbalance forklift to move and store goods safely Handle heavy lifting as part of daily duties Load and unload deliveries (vans, lorries, and containers) Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch accurately and efficiently Assemble pallets for storage and shipping Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times

What we're looking for:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (required) Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or goods-in/out role (preferred) Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Organised, reliable, and good attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of shipping and inventory systems is a bonus Strong physical stamina with the capability of heavy lifting (up to 25 kg)

Pay: 12.55 per hour
