Warehouse Operative (VNA/Forklift Driver)

We're seeking a Warehouse Operative VNA Driver to join our team and help shape the future of our brand.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods throughout the warehouse; from unloading containers through to wrapping order ready for dispatch.

Receive, inspect and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against shipping documents Organise and maintain inventory, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently Operate warehouse equipment. including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stocktaking Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet daily operational goals Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Please note, this role is working Tuesday - Saturday, with the opportunity for overtime.

Proven experience of working as a Warehouse Operative Previous Forklift/VNA experience is essential Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks Excellent organisational and time-management skills Good communication skill with a team-oriented mindset
This role would suit a self-motivated individual looking to be part of a high performing team. The fast paced and energised environment relies on organisation and efficiency and with so much ground to cover, it is important to ensure a moderate level of fitness to enable effective completion of tasks.
