Are you an experienced, safety-focused Warehouse Operative looking for a stable role within a leading manufacturing environment?

Frimpeks Ltd, a key manufacturer of high-quality

label stock

for the print industry, is looking to recruit a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Market Harborough.

This is a hands-on role vital to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods.

The Role and Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Operative, your main duties will include:

Loading and unloading

delivery vehicles and shipping containers efficiently and safely. Accurate receipt and checking of incoming goods. Assisting the Production team with the

wrapping and preparation of finished customer orders

. Safe and timely movement of stock between the warehouse and production areas. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment at all times.
What We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Essential:

A

current and valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) Licence

.

Highly Desirable:

A current and valid

Flexi/Bendi Truck Licence

(training may be provided for the right candidate). Proven experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment. A strong commitment to health and safety procedures. Excellent time management and reliability.

Contracted Hours:

An average of

42 hours per week

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday (Exact shift times to be discussed at interview, but involves regular daytime work).
