Agrii is a leading provider of agronomy services, technology and strategic advice. The Logistics and Supply Chain team includes over 200 employees working across 30 depots covering the whole of the UK.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and professional Warehouse Operative for our very busy Micheldever Station site, which distributes Agchem, Fertiliser and Seed. This is a permanent role contract role, 40 hours of work per week, with additional overtime as required by the business.

The Applicant will work alongside the existing team to manage all aspects of warehousing day to day and assist the Depot Manager with providing a first-class distribution, warehouse and delivery service. There may be occasions to go out and complete customer deliveries onto farm.

This is a varied and rewarding role so the applicant must be:

Competent to operate counter balance and hold the relevant certificate.
We will also consider warehouse operatives with no forklift license for picking and other warehouse duties

Be willing to undertake a considerable amount of manual handling required for this role.

As we move high value product, close attention to detail is critical for this role whilst storing, receiving, dispatching and delivering to customers.

A strong and flexible work ethic is required for the fluctuating demands of our business. Early morning starts are required during the peak seasons. Because of the location of the site, the applicant must have own reliable transport to work.
