The Role:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Production Operative to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role that involves both general warehouse duties and the production and assembly of custom netting products.

Forklift licences for Flexi and Still forklifts, or the willingness to train on these forklifts is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders Assembling and cutting nets to required specifications Operating basic machinery and tools (training provided) Loading and unloading deliveries (with use of forklifts) Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards Performing quality checks on finished products Stock control and inventory management

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or production experience is an advantage but not essential Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn Physically fit and able to lift and move materials A team player with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
