Job Description

We are currently looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Runcorn Distribution Centre.

New Rates:

Days =

12.21

Weekend Days =

12.49

Nights =

12.96

Weekend Nights=

13.49

Please note we only have limited availability for each shift

We also pay 1.5x overtime during the months of October, November, December.

We also have increased our Holiday Entitlement along with service!

Our Available Shifts:

Monday to Friday Rotational 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm.

Saturday + Sunday + 1 Fixed day in the week 6am to 7pm

Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am

Friday +Saturday +Sunday 7pm to 6am

This role involves no freezer work!

So what does the role of a Warehouse Colleague entail:

Warehouse colleagues are responsible for serving our customers better than anyone else! We do this by getting the right stock, at the right time, to the right place.


Picking product to go to our stores is the key part of a colleague's role. You will be trained how to drive safely around our warehouse, on our Mechanical Handling Equipment, called LLOP's, Once you know how to drive a LLOP, you will be trained on how to pick product correctly for stores and ensure they are beautifully stacked on a pallet ready to go!

What else do you need to know:

No chill or freezer work We are looking for team players who also thrive when working independently. You must be self-motivated, can work at pace, meet the required standards and targets. The role can be physically demanding, however, rest assured it will keep you active. Although experience is desirable, it is not essential.
