Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative / Van Driver. This dual-role position involves supporting daily warehouse operations and delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Warehouse Duties:

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. Loading and unloading deliveries. Stock control and inventory management. Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe. Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes. Operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, forklifts if certified).

Driving Duties:

Delivering goods to customers across the UK Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Maintaining the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the company van. Completing delivery paperwork and obtaining customer signatures. Reporting any vehicle issues or delivery problems promptly.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (clean preferred). Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is desirable. Good physical fitness - able to lift and move heavy items. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift licence essential.

Working Hours:

6am - 3pm (Monday - Friday)
