Warehouse Manager
to join our London team to help strengthen daily operations and ensure seamless coordination across regions.
Position Overview
The
Warehouse Manager (Cross-Border Orders)
will oversee all warehouse operations in London -- including stock management, order fulfilment, inbound/outbound logistics, and coordination with China-based teams. The role also involves a portion of
administrative and daily coordination work
to support smooth business operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is
fluent in Mandarin and English
, organised, reliable, and comfortable managing both physical operations and data accuracy within an ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Fulfilment
Process online retail and wholesale orders, including sorting, picking, packing, and courier booking.
Ensure same-day dispatch where possible and monitor delivery performance.
Handle basic order-related customer queries and logistics follow-up.
2. Inventory & System Management
Maintain accurate stock data within
ERP/WMS/OMS
systems.
Conduct regular stock checks, reconciliations, and reporting.
Coordinate with China teams on restock planning and product transfers.
3. Inbound & Outbound Logistics
Receive inbound shipments from China; check quality and quantity.
Prepare and label outbound parcels accurately for local and international dispatch.
Ensure efficient communication with logistics providers and customs agents when necessary.
4. Warehouse Organisation & Safety
Keep warehouse organised, labelled, and compliant with UK Health & Safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness, safety checks, and equipment readiness.
Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and space utilisation.
5. Administration & Coordination
Support daily administrative tasks such as courier invoice reconciliation, expense tracking, and delivery record filing.
Assist with administration and internal documentation.
Provide regular operational reports to management.
Requirements
Fluent in
Mandarin and English
(both written and spoken).
Minimum
2 years' experience
in warehouse, logistics, or operations management; e-commerce or cross-border background preferred.
Hands-on experience with
ERP/WMS/OMS
or similar inventory systems.
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must hold valid
right to work in the UK
.
Working Hours & Compensation
Full-time position
, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends during peak seasons).
Annual Salary: 24,000
(paid monthly).
