Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our team.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure a safe working environment with full compliance to safety policy and procedures. Handle materials with care during loading and unloading processes. (Including use of ramp and forklift trucks). Pick and prepare raw materials to meet production schedules, maintaining stock accuracy. Support warehouse supervisor with cycle counts, stock discrepancy investigations and KPI tracking . Assist in maintaining a clean, safe and compliant warehouse environment. Work closely with manufacturing, customer service and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Support audits (H&S and BRCGS) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to ensure good workflow and efficiency.
Experience
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with warehouse operations. Forklift Licence (Counter balance and reach forklift truck licence) Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment Intermediate skill level using SAP or similar ERP management system.
