Kettering.Shift:
Monday to Friday. 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm. Nightshift roles are also available.
Pay:
Starting at 27,040.00 per year.Navara are recruiting for a production operative who is looking to learn new skills, develop their career and to progress within a company. Experience is not essential as full, ongoing training will be given for this role.
Main duties:
Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety rules and procedures. Document production output, downtime, and maintenance performed. Report malfunctions or defects to the supervisor or maintenance team. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), production schedules, and quality guidelines. Assist with loading raw materials and unloading finished products. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
