Salary:

26,546.52 per annum (13.26 per hour)

Overtime:

Paid at 16.58 per hour

Contract:

Full-time, average 38.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern:

Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday

We are seeking a reliable and motivated

Picker

to join our warehouse and despatch team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the accurate picking, scanning, and movement of stock to support both despatch and production operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Picking and preparing products for despatch using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and effectively Supporting inbound stock intake and managing stock storage Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with handling and scanning procedures Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Collaborating with production and packing teams to ensure timely material flow Proactively identifying ways to improve warehouse processes and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or stock handling role A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence with hands-on experience Strong organisational and time management skills Awareness of health and safety standards in a warehouse setting Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic IT skills Desirable: experience in a production or packaging environment
