An exciting opportunity to join the team as a Warehouse Picker for our client a leading M&S distribution centre, based in Stoke-On-Trent.

Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Pickers to work with GXO, on behalf of Marks & Spencer.

This role offers full-time fixed shifts, with the option to work morning, afternoon or night shifts.

The shift patterns available are:

Morning: 6am - 2pm working 5 days out of 6.
The pay rate is \xc2\xa310.95 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half per hour.

Afternoon: 2pm - 10pm working 5 days out of 6.
The pay rate is \xc2\xa311.85 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half per hour.

Night: 10pm - 6am.
The pay rate is \xc2\xa312.85 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half per hour.

All overtime is available after working 36.25 hours a week.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Picker at this site, your duties will involve:

- Picking, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving and managing incoming stock
- Quality checking all products to ensure that they are of the highest standard for customers
- General housekeeping

You will adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure that the work environment is always tidy and safe.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Picker can confidently work well as part of a team and independently.

You will have a good level of fitness as this role requires workers to be on their feet all day. You will have a flexible approach to work with a willingness to learn.

Similar experience as a Warehouse Operative/Picker/Packer is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Candidates wishing to work night shifts must have a valid Reach FLT license.
