Hours:

Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm
Alternate Saturdays - 7:00am to 4:00pm (49.25 hours per week)

Salary: 31,270 - 33,000

As a

Warehouse Picker

in our

Bathroom and Plumbing Supplies

team, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and organising products to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfilment. Working in our Watford warehouse, you'll handle stock management, assist with deliveries, and occasionally interact with customers to provide a friendly, professional service. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack bathroom and plumbing products

according to customer orders and delivery schedules.

Check product codes, quantities, and quality

to ensure all items match order specifications before dispatch.

Organise and maintain stock areas

, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently. Liaise with customers to confirm orders, provide product information, and ensure a smooth and professional collection or delivery experience.

Use warehouse systems or handheld scanners

to record stock movements and update inventory levels.

Assist with goods-in duties

, including unloading deliveries, inspecting items, and restocking shelves.

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items

promptly to supervisors or inventory control staff.

Follow all health, safety, and manual handling procedures

to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Product knowledge in both bathroom and plumbing parts (desirable) Outgoing, personable attitude, with the ability to engage with customers of all levels Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments Physical capability to lift and move heavy packages as needed
