Overview

This position is working mainly 9am - 4pm Monday - Friday including Bank Holidays with a 30 min (un-paid) lunch break. On the rare occasions delivery driver cover is required your hours will be 7am until round finished.

We are a small team and a team player is essential, as we encourage movement between teams.

You will be working in our coldstore that runs at a chilly -20 degrees. Protective clothing designed to deal with temperature will be provided.

Picking orders in our cold store Cover drivers holiday/sickness in emergencies Exceptional customer service standards Driving company vehicles, safely, responsibly and within the law May on occasions be required to help in other area's of the business when required Ability to use our delivery driver app Able to undertake a pre-delivery inspection of van if required Ensure customer confidentiality

Requirements

Full

Clean

UK driving licence held for a

min of 10 years

for manual vehicles due to insurance restrictions. Experience in a customer service based role Basic computer literacy, including the use of mobile phone app's, google maps and what3words Evidence of work stability Strong ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and tasks as required.
