40 hours per week, permanent position with potential for more hours during seasonal sales and company expansion.

Warehouse managerial role experience would be beneficial as there is a position to run the warehouse as well as still being on the front line picking/packing.

Picker/Packer Job Responsibilities:

Locate, pull, and pack products based on daily orders.

Attention to detail is required to ensure orders are correct.

Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.

Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.

Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.

Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Working as part of a team as well as independently at times

Follows good warehousing practices and required work-safe practices.

Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

General warehousing, unloading/loading delivery trucks, stock rotation, cleaning, and moving boxes with weight.

Performs other duties as assigned

No experience is necessary but would be helpful to progress the job role quickly.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
