Responsible for warehouse staff recruitment (online/offline channels), onboarding procedures, and safety training.
Develop weekly shift schedules based on warehouse needs, adjust manpower gaps in real-time, and control labor costs.
Calculate staff payroll and ensure accurate weekly salary reports submission.
Implement health & safety policies, manage office supplies, and maintain warehouse bulletin boards.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Job Requirements:
Prior HR experience in relevant industries preferred.
Proficient in operating attendance systems and Excel.
Strong execution capability and internal communication/coordination skills.
Adaptability to warehouse office environments.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to grow with Panda Fresh and achieve success through continuous effort.
