you'll join our busy and ever evolving warehouse team, where you will thrive to deliver operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for a future leader looking to work in a friendly, fast-paced team.

This is a full time

37.5 hours per week

, permanent position across any 5 days out of 7. The rotating shift pattern will be (06:00 to 14.00, 10:00 to 18:00, 14:00 to 22:00).

We're looking to offer a salary of up to

41,116.61

What you'll do on a typical day:

Operational leadership, leading daily team operations and supervising your team Operational efficency and meeting KPI and performance targets, with a high focus on health and safety Multi focused across the operation including; goods in, picking/loading, dispatch and returns Planning and focusing on continuous improvement


What you need to succeed at GXO:

First class communication skills and keenness to utilise leadership potential (previous supervisory experience) In-depth warehouse planning and hands on operational experience Confident in IT skills including Microsoft and Google packages Role model in health and safety and warehouse operations experience
