Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join our team at Direct4Pet in Burscough (2-10pm Shift). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our commitment to quality service, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional pet products.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow during shifts. Manage and support team members, fostering a positive work environment. Implement and uphold company policies and standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management. Train new staff on operational procedures and customer service expectations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service delivery

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
