About the Role



This position plays a pivotal role in supporting both the warehouse and shipping functions within our fast-paced spare parts operation. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of flexibility, a customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to ensuring timely movement of goods. Strong organisational skills and effective communication with both the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Supervisor are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities



Receipt of purchased materials and services into the ERP system Print Sales Order Pick Slips and associated labels Accurate picking and issuing of goods both physically and electronically Record and enter traceability data using the Stores App Ensure certification and documentation accuracy for traceable parts Pack materials and prepare documentation for onward shipment Generate Commercial Invoices and notify customers when goods are ready for collection Obtain shipping quotes and arrange shipments through couriers and agents Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and Incoterms Support pre-shipping inspection preparation Maintain daily shipping logs and update shipment statuses Complete applications for Country-of-Origin Certificates and export entry documents Participate in stocktaking and cycle counting activities Perform additional duties as required by line management

Qualifications & Skills



Demonstrated business acumen and customer focus Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Quick to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies Sound judgment under tight deadlines Proficient in time management and priority setting Experience in process improvement and workflow optimisation Strong communication and coordination capabilities Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping documentation Knowledge of Incoterms and international logistics is advantageous
