We are looking for a
Warehouse Stock Admin
at
Wath, Unit 7 Houndhill Park, Bolton Road, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7LG.
Package
Salary
27,040.00 per annum (Plus OTE 1,040.00 per annum attendance and attitude bonus - Paid 260.00 per quarter)
Full Time Permanent Contract
Shift Patterns
40 hours per week
Rotating shift pattern Days and After - 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:00 to 22:30
Monday to Friday
Overtime
Payable at x1.25 after 40 hours Monday to Friday
Payable at x1.5 weekends

Key responsibilities/requirements
Strong stock and systems management and interrogation capabilities
Structured approach to day to day requirements and task based thinking
The ability to plan and prioritise work to operators on the shifts
Strong data entry and accuracy skills
Strong awareness of standard warehouse processes from goods receipt through to despatch
Ability to work to tight deadlines and have flexibility to complete the tasks in hand
Ensure incoming goods are verified against purchase orders and correctly stored.
Generate stock reports for management (e.g. stock levels, consumables count)
Ensure system transactions match physical movement of goods
Assist in identifying obsolete or excess stock and support actions to optimise inventory
Any other reasonable duties assigned by Team Leader/Manager.
Essential Skills Required
Minimum of 1 years' experience within warehouse stock control ideally with production management exposure
Analytical nature and conscientious individual with a strong eye for accuracy
Demonstrated experience in cycle counting/perpetual inventory checks
Competencies/Key Skills Desirable but not essential
