We are seeking a reliable and organised Stock Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock levels, picking parts for jobs, and checking in deliveries to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and prepare parts and materials for scheduled jobs
Receive, check, and record deliveries, ensuring goods are correct and undamaged
Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular stocktakes
Ensure the warehouse and stock areas are kept tidy and well organised
Report any discrepancies or shortages promptly to management / suppliers
Assist with inventory control and restocking / sending items back when required
Support the wider team to ensure deadlines and production schedules are met
Requirements:
Previous experience in a stock control, warehouse, or logistics role preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and able to lift and move stock as required
Basic computer literacy for stock management and recording
Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
