The Warehouse Stock Controller will support manufacturing and site operations to achieve business objectives. They will control, optimise and deliver the site daily CTP / OEE targets, while displaying commercial awareness through stock control management and work in a safe manner.
To ensure finish product complies with product specification and customer requirements.
To drive production line efficiencies to meet and exceed targets.
Ensures outgoing loads are dispatched accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with our internal processes.
Flexible to customer requirements and demands.
Is able to manage time to ensure all tasks are completed on time in full.
Drive Continuous Improvement of the key Performance measures of the production process.
Reduces waste through stock rotation for all material and damaged product.
Can maintain accurate stock levels across the site at all times.
Proactively seeks to manage both Loss & Waste and Product Quality.
All required documentation is completed accurately and in full.
Personal Attributes
Basic warehouse and stock control management.
Flexi and counterbalance licence.
Good knowledge of products.
Basic computer skills
A knowledge of continuous Improvement preferred but not essential.
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm (39 hours a week) however flexibility is required in order to meet business requirements.
