Shift Breakdown - Rotation of DNA (Days, Nights and Afternoons)
Days - 06.00am - 14.00pm
Nights - 22.00pm - 06.00am
Afternoons - 14.00pm - 22.00pm
Salary Breakdown
30,030.00 per annum
Shift Premium - 166.66 per month, 2000 per annum
CheckFire Ltd are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who is able to support and assist in planning and overseeing the daily/weekly activities of the Warehouse Operative Team.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring KPI's such as OTIF are met Ensuring all orders are picked correctly/efficiently HR activities such as RTW's, staff one-to-ones and appraisals Continual review of operations to explore method improvement projects Ensuring all vehicles are loaded in an efficient order Health and Safety compliance Motivating your team
Experience/Requirements:
Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience in a warehouse and logistics environment and 3 years in a team leader/supervisor role. Recognised Health and Safety qualification would be beneficial Proven management experience, ideally IOSH Level 3 or above Excellent communicator Enthusiastic and motivating individual who thrives in a fast paced environment Forklift Licence
