30,030 + Shift Premium of (2,000 per annum)

Location:

Caerphilly

Shift Patterns:

Rotating weekly across Days (06:00-14:00), Afternoons (14:00-22:00) and Nights (22:00-06:00)

What will you do?

Lead the warehouse operative team and ensure KPIs like On-Time In-Full (OTIF), picking accuracy and loading efficiency are consistently met. Manage onboarding, staff one-to-ones, appraisals and support operational training and staff motivation. Review, plan and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse processes. Be accountable for Health & Safety compliance across your team and contribute to safe, efficient operations. Coordinate with warehouse management and cross-functional teams to optimise vehicle loading, stock flow and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience in a warehouse/logistics environment (ideally 5 + years), including at least 3 years in a supervisory or team-leader role. Recognised Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Level 3 or equivalent) and a valid forklift licence. Strong communicator, confident in leading people and motivating a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based environment and manage competing operational priorities. Enthusiastic, organised and results-driven, with a commitment to quality and performance.
